The Louisville Leopards Girls Golf Team defeated the host Salem Quakers 209-258 at Salem Hills Golf Club Monday. With the victory, Louisville improves to 3-0 overall and 2-0 in NBC play.
Sierra Townsend shot a match low 43 to lead the Leopards. Rounding out the scoring for Louisville were Abby Beaver 47, Alexis Beaver 58, and Bri Zuppe 61. Josie Vanicek also shot a 64 and Madyson Fowler a 79 for the Leopards Varsity.

The Quakers were led by Marley Zeigler who shot a team best 53. Other scorers for Salem included MaKayla Stoffer 61, Camryn Riley 67, and Sarah Hoffman 77.
With the win, the Lady Leopards have now defeated the Quakers in 7 consecutive matches. Louisville now leads the all-time-series 9-2, which includes a 5-1 mark at Salem. The Leopards have now won 20 out of their last 21 NBC matches.
