Freshman Football Tricked By Magics 52-28

The Louisville Leopards Freshman Football team watched their chances of victory disappear at the hands of the Barberton Magics 52-28 Thursday at Louisville Leopards Stadium. With the loss, Louisville is now 2-3 on the season.
Quarterback Jack Davis threw three touchdown passes to lead the Leopards. He connected with Louis Johnson for a 58 yard score and BJ Singer for two other touchdowns. Gavin VanZant also scored on a 27 yard touchdown run and both Drew Doerschuk & Logan Thomas caught two point conversion passes.
Barberton took a 28-22 halftime advantage before using their speed to outscore Louisville 24-6 in the second half.
