Eight Louisville Wrestlers Go To Greco and Freestyle State Tournament
The Louisville Wrestling Program made a dominating appearance at the Greco and Freestyle State Tournament held at Otterbein University in 
Westerville, Ohio. The eight qualifiers for the tournament are: Logan Vanicek (Cadet-120), Davin Rhoads (Cadet-126), Ryan Jakubiak (Junior-126), Carter Mickley (Cadet-145), Jax Leonard (Cadet-152), Brent Paulus II (Cadet-170), Blake Robbins (Cadet-220), and Jimmy Leonard (Junior-220). All of our young men battled with heart and determination all weekend as they faced fierce completion from all over Ohio.

The team had seven Greco State Placers! These wrestlers are: Logan Vanicek (Cadet-120,3rd Place), Davin Rhoads (Cadet-126, 2nd), Carter Mickley 
(Cadet-145, 5th), Jax Leonard (Cadet-152-4th), Brent Paulus II (Cadet-170, 2nd), Blake Robbins (Cadet-220, 2nd), and Jimmy Leonard (Junior-220, 6th).
Also placing in Freestyle are: Davin Rhoads (Cadet-126, 4th), Jax Leonard (Cadet-152-2nd), Brent Paulus II (Cadet-170, 3rd), Blake Robbins (Cadet-220, 3rd), and Jimmy Leonard (Junior-220, 4th).
