Leopards Whack Wildcats on Senior Night 54-11 – Wrestling
Louisville 54, Canton South 11
The Louisville Leopards Varsity Wrestling Team crushed the Canton South Wildcats 54-11 on Senior Night Thursday at Louisville High School. With the 
victory, Louisville finishes the season 12-3 overall and 6-1 in the NBC.
The Leopards won 11 out of the 14 matches against the Wildcats. Brock Mehl (170), Jesse Curlutu (182), Jimmy Leonard (220), Andy Graham (113), and Jax Leonard (138) all won via pin to lead Louisville.
Khord Moore (160) earned a 3-1 decision in the opening match to give Canton South the early lead. The Leopards responded by scoring 27 straight points to take control of the match.

Other key victories for Louisville included Ryan Jakubiak (120) earning victory 20-4 by technical fall and Carter Mickley (132) winning by major decision 14-5. 
Chase Lautzenheiser (285), Brent Paulus (142), and Michael Seaman (152) won by decision for the Leopards as well. Louisville’s only other victory was granted to Zach Thatcher (195) courtesy of forfeit.
Derek Dolph (126) led the Wildcats by winning his match by technical fall 15-0. Hunter Miller (106) also won by decision for South’s only other victory.
Prior to the match, the Leopards honored their 8 Senior Wrestlers that included Casey Curlutu, Jesse Curlutu, Andy Graham, Jager Kendrick, Chase Lautzenheiser, Jimmy Leonard, Brock Mehl, and Michael Seaman.
