Boys Tennis Falls to Highland in OTCA Tournament

The Louisville Leopards fell to a very tough Highland Hornets team 4-1 at LHS Friday Evening in the Beatty's Sports Hat Adopening round of the DI Ohio Tennis Coaches Association Tournament. With the loss, Louisville falls to 1-1 on the season.

The Leopards only victory came in #1 Singles as Jake Pukys defeated Joshua Hadler. Pukys won the first set 6-0, fell in the second set 4-6, and then again dominated in the third set 6-0 to claim the match.

Louisville has dropped just 2 of their last 20 dual team matches overall. Both losses came in the OTCA Tournament with the other being a 5-0 loss to Regional Runner-Up St. Ignatius 5-0 back on May 6, 2014.

UP NEXT: The Leopards will next host the Canton Central Catholic Crusaders on Monday, April 13 at 4:15 PM.
