Boys Tennis Downs Dukes 4-1 To Stay Perfect in NBC

The Louisville Leopards shutout the host Marlington Dukes 5-0 Wednesday Evening. With the victory, Louisville improves to 4-1 overall and 3-0 in NBC play.

Jake Pukys led the Leopards by winning a perfect 6-0, 6-0 in #1 Singles. Ryan Richards and Kyle Beatty's Sports Spring 2014 Hat - Leopard HeadShepherd also won their singles matches in straight sets for Louisville.

The #1 Doubles team of Alex Hall & Kyle Robinson also prevailed for the Leopards in a competitive three-set match 7-5, 6-7 (2-7), 6-2. The Dukes took the #2 Doubles match in straight sets for their only win of the day.

With the victory, Louisville has now defeated Marlington in 15 out of the last 16 meetings and leads the all-time series over the Dukes 62-5. The Leopards have now won 36 out of their last 37 NBC matches overall.
