Boys Take 2nd, Girls 10th at Walsh Jesuit Tomahawk Run

Boys – 41 (2nd Out of 17)

The Louisville Leopards Boys Cross Country team placed second out of 17 Division I teams at the Beatty's Sports Long Sleeved Leopard NationWalsh Jesuit Tomahawk Run Saturday. They finished with 41 total places finishing just three places behind the Lake Blue Streaks who won the race.

Noah Chaplik placed second individually for Louisville with a time of 16:55.0. Zach Fresenko also placed 6th (17:05.20), Nick Chaplik 7th (17:08.00), Ben Tornow 8th (17:12.00), and Jacob Milburn 18th (17:48.00) to round out the Leopards top 5.

Girls – 247 (10th Out of 13)

The Louisville Leopards Girls Cross Country team finished tenth out of 13 Division I teams at Walsh Jesuit Tomahawk Run Saturday. Louisville finished with 247 total places.

Isabel Kiko finished with the fastest Lady Leopards time of 22:45.00 which was good enough for 41st place individually. Finishing right behind her were Ashlee Beaver (22:47.00) in 42nd and Adriana Beaver (22:48.00) in 43rd. Iris Menagay (23:01.00) who placed 48th and Allyssa Warren (25:11.00) who took 87th also were among the top 5 Louisville runners.
