Boys Soccer Team Gets Quakered 8-0

The  Salem Quakers showed no mercy to their hosts during an 8-0 victory at Louisville High School Tuesday.  Before the first sixty seconds had ticked off the clock Salem led the Leopards 1-0.  Salem got another goal just four minutes later and the rout was on.  The Quakers led 4-0 before the midway point of the first half, but led by the same score at the half.

Deja vu struck the Leps as Salem scored just 58 seconds into the the second half and they led 6-0 just five minutes later.  Salem extended their advantage to 8-0 by the 21:46 mark, before shutting out the Leopards the rest of the way.

The Louisville Soccer Leps have had a rough go around to start the season losing their first three games by a combined score of 20-0.

UP NEXT: The Leopards will host the St. Thomas Aquinas Knights in the Battle for Louisville on Thursday, September 1 at 5:00 PM.  The only other meeting between the Knights and Leopards came last year at St. Thomas on September 2 with Aquinas winning 3-0.
