Boys Soccer Succumbs to Lake Second Half Rally 2-1

The Louisville Leopards Boys Soccer team fell to the visiting Lake Blue Streaks 2-1 Saturday Afternoon at Louisville Leopards Stadium. With the loss, Louisville falls to 2-7-1.
The Leopards took the early advantage when Bailey Adams netted a goal with 27:16 left in the 1st half. The score was setup by a pass from Austin Terra to Derek Zeller who recorded the assist on the play. Great Louisville defense by Goalie Krisztian Toth and company helped the Leopards keep that 1-0 lead until halftime.
The Blue Streaks rallied in the second half on a pair of goals by Lucas Nichols. Nichols scored at the 26:32 mark of the second half and then 9 minutes later with 17:22 remaining in the game. Louisville had a few opportunities but could not find the net.
