Boys Soccer Edges Jackson, Falls to SVSM in Tri-Scrimmage
Louisville 1, Jackson 0 | St. Vincent-St. Mary 2, Louisville 1
The Louisville Leopards Boys Varsity Soccer team split their tri-scrimmage at Jackson Saturday. Louisville defeated the host Jackson Polar Bears 1-0 and fell to the St. Vincent-St. Mary Irish 2-1. The Leopards are now an even 1-1-1 in the preseason.
Bailey Adams scored the lone goal in each match to lead Louisville. Mitch Perez recorded the assist on
his goal against the Irish.
The Louisville-Jackson match was a 40-minute scrimmage, while Louisville-SVSM played a 50-minute scrimmage. In addition, the JV Leopards tied the Polar Bears 1-1 and also knotted the Irish 0-0.
UP NEXT: The Leopards will next travel to Northwest to continue scrimmage play against the Indians on Tuesday, August 11 at 7:00 PM.
