Boys Golf Sets Course Low in Victory over Warriors
Louisville 156, West Branch 183
Just one day after shooting their highest score of the season, the Leopards Boys Golf team played their 
best match of the year during a 156-183 win over the visiting West Branch Warriors. The 156 mark is Louisville’s lowest team total at Skyland Pines since it became their home course in 2010. With the victory, the Leps are now 8-1 overall and 8-1 in the NBC.
Cameron Prasco shot a career-low 38 and made 2 birdies in his round to lead the Leopards. Caleb Prasco also shot a career-low 39 and made 6 pars. Matt Eddins also finished with a 39 and Nick Fawver was right behind him in the final tally with 40. Both Eddins and Fawver made par 5 times each.
Caleb Prasco, Eddins, and Fawver all finished with just 12 putts each, which was only one over the Louisville individual record.
The Warriors (2-5, 1-5) were led by Blake Glista who finished with a team-low 42. Rounding out the scoring for West Branch were Bobby Parsons 45, Noah Wasosky 47, and Ryan Sox 49.
The Leopards JV Squad also picked up a 189-211 victory. Bradley Walker shot a career-low 46 to lead Louisville and also finished with just 12 putts. Also scoring for the Leopards were Drew Dyer 47, Ryan Schleig 48, and Jacob Godwin who shot his season best by carding a 48 as well. Connor Wendt also came in a close fifth by tying his career-low with a score of 49.
