Baseball Doubles Up Green 10-5
Louisville 10, Green 5
The Louisville Leopards Varsity Baseball Team doubled up the host Green Bulldogs 10-5 Monday 
Evening. With the victory, Louisville improves to 5-7 on the season.
Stephen Kerzan batted 3-for-3 with 2 RBIs and 3 runs scored and Cam White went 2-for-4 with 3 runs batted in to lead the Leopards. Brody Hahn also finished 2-for-3 at the plate with 2 RBIs, Isaac Mathie had a double & scored twice, and both Dalton Deckerd & Nick Harsh drove in runs for Louisville.
Mathie picked up the victory on the mound and struck out 3. Tyler Croxton also held the Bulldogs hitless over the final 2 2/3 innings to earn the save.
Green was led by Zach Hillman and Jeremy McAleese who had 2 hits each. Jack Bennett and Jake Ewing also tallied 2 RBIs a piece for the Bulldogs.
UP NEXT: The Leopards will next host the Canton South Wildcats on Tuesday, April 19 at 5:00 PM. JV will be on the road at Canton South at the same time.

The Leopards JV Team blanked the visiting Green Bulldogs 7-0 Thursday at the Field of Dreams. With the win, Louisville improves to an undefeated 12-0 on the year.
The Leopards Bryce Zuppe and Cam Lingle combined on the mound to shutout the Bulldogs. Zuppe started the first 5 2/3 innings, gave up just 3 hits, and struck out 6 to earn his first victory of the season. Lingle finished the remaining 1 1/3 innings without surrendering a hit and struck out 2.
Dillon Deckerd went 2-for-2 with 2 RBIs to lead Louisville on offense. Brendon Hoffman also batted 2-for-3 with an RBI & 2 runs scored and Anthony Carpico & Lingle recorded RBIs for the Leopards.
Isaiah Phillips, Nate Popovich, and Tyler Smith had the only hits for the Bulldogs.
