Since the distasteful end of basketball season, the Leopards had been waiting for this day. With the game tied 3-3 at the end of the fifth, the Louisville boys baseball team made their final trip to Canal Fulton a memorable one. The Leopards (1-0, 1-0) unleashed their revenge on the Indians (0-1, 0-1) in the form of an 8-run sixth inning, before cruising to a 12-5 victory over their hated rivals. Riley Groves led Louisville by going 2-for-3 with a double and recording 5 RBIs.

Carlee Baumgardner hit a 3-run walk-off blast in the bottom of the sixth inning as Louisville (1-0, 1-0) won by mercy against West Branch (0-1, 0-1), 11-0. Baumgardner was a triple short of the cycle in having three hits and driving in 6 Louisville runs. Brittany Flanigan pitched 6 shutout innings for the Lady Leps and held the Warriors to just 3 hits all evening. Chandler Rice also had two hits and two RBIs for the the Leps.
